A public site for admissions and curriculum, and an admin command center that runs the institute: students, teachers, subjects, attendance, QR codes, syllabus, reports and audit logs.
Background
A tuition academy in Gujarat teaching two boards and two competitive exams ran on paper logs and spreadsheets. It needed one place where parents understand what is offered, and one place where staff run the day.
Detailed description
An admin command center
Staff manage students, teachers, subjects, academic structures, attendance, syllabus, assets and reports from one dashboard, with QR code generation and a scanner module.
Privacy and tallies in the database
A normalized relational schema where database triggers keep attendance tallies up to date and row-level security enforces per-student privacy at the data layer. Students, teachers and administrators each get a role-restricted dashboard over secured API routes.
